We recommend that our customers arrive no later than 20 minutes before departure time.
Age restrictions: Anyone under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult when renting or operating our kayaks. Children under 18 must ride with an adult.
Belongings: It is recommended that adventurers store belongings such as keys and phones in a bag that can be placed in the kayak during travel. (we do not provide dry bags).
Attire: Bathing suits or street clothes can be worn. We ask that adventurers wear sandals or easy to remove shoes to prevent damage to the kayak. Shoes can also be stored at the place of departure (at your own risk).
Here at Kool Kayak, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel your excursion for a full refund.
Capacity: Each kayak can accommodate 2 people. There is a max weight limit of 450 lbs per kayak.
Kool Kayak adventurers should meet at the Manatee causeway on Manatee Avenue West located just before Manatee Public Beach. We are on the left at the end of the causeway.
